SHIPMENT

CORALINE LAB ™ delivers parcels all over the world via UPS or DHL courier. All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. However, during promotions or the launch of new models, orders may be slightly delayed due to the increase in orders that are handled.

CORALINE LAB ™ cannot be held responsible for shipping delays caused by weather conditions, international customs problems or any other circumstance beyond our control (eg Sars-COVID19).

CORALINE LAB ™ has created and published the coralinelab.com website with the mission of offering a service exclusively for its final customers who are direct users of the products / services offered. The products for sale on the coralinelab.com website are therefore not intended for resellers. CORALINE LAB ™ reserves the right not to process orders from subjects who are not the Final Customer and any other order that does not comply with these commercial policies.

 

CORALINE LAB ™ reserves the right to refuse an order and / or offer services:

 

- in the event that the order does not receive verification or express approval from the Customer's bank.
- if the order cannot be shipped for reasons beyond our control.
- if deemed necessary by the management for commercial reasons

 

Orders placed separately will be shipped separately.

 

 

AVAILABLE ITEMS

 

 

Orders relating to available items, after checking their availability and checking the bank transaction, will be processed the working day following receipt of the order .

 

The amount of transactions made with credit cards will be charged at the time of the order.

 

Please note that during seasonal sales and promotional sales, there may be delays in order processing.

 

 

PREORDERABLE ITEMS

 

 

A pre-order is the reservation of an item that is not yet available for sale, but will soon be. Pre-order items are shipped upon arrival of the products in the warehouse within the time indicated on the item purchase page. In case of non-delivery or delayed delivery of the pre-order goods to our warehouse, CORALINE LAB ™ will promptly inform customers. CORALINE LAB ™ cannot be held responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond its control that cause delays beyond the times specified on the product purchase page.

 

In pre-orders, credit cards are charged at the time of order.

 

 

DELIVERY TIME

 

 

CORALINE LAB ™ records orders in Italy, from Monday to Sunday ed processes orders the day after placing the order. Orders placed from Friday to Sunday or other holidays will be processed the next business day.

 

CORALINE LAB ™ ships worldwide via DHL or UPS and cannot be held responsible for carrier delays or delays caused by holidays, strikes, weather conditions, customs inspections and other causes beyond its control.

 

Once shipped, parcel delivery times may vary from country to country (See Summary Table).

 

The courier may request the display of an identity document by the person who collects the package.

It should be noted that in the event that, for any reason, the customer refuses the delivery of the package or the delivery is not successful due to failure to collect, the shipping costs and taxes relating to the automatic return of the package to the sender will be charged of the customer. This amount will be deducted from the total amount of the order to be refunded.

 

 

TRACKING OF THE SHIPMENT

 

 

When the goods are delivered to the courier, customers will receive an email and SMS from DHL or UPS providing the tracking AWB number of the shipment.

To track the shipment status, customers can visit the official website DHL or UPS and enter the AWB number indicated in the specific area "Track your shipment" otherwise by visiting the dedicated section in the customer's Reserved Area in the orders section on the coralinelab.com website.

 

 

DELIVERY

 

 

Upon delivery, customers are requested to carefully inspect the package before signing and confirming delivery.

 

In the event that the customer receives a package that has been opened by the customs or courier for authorized inspections, the package will be closed with a guarantee seal by the specific body.

 

If the package appears damaged, or the adhesive tape is not intact, the customer is asked to sign the delivery of the package with the note "Received with reserve", or to refuse delivery of the package. In the event that the package is not intact, customers are invited to open a complaint at the local DHL or UPS office and to promptly contact CORALINE LAB ™ at the e-mail address sales@ coralinelab.com.

 

If the package is not intact and the customer signs the delivery without the note “Received with reserve”, the delivery will be considered automatically accepted and consequently, CORALINE LAB ™ will not accept any related claim.

 

 

DELIVERY NOT SUCCESSFUL

 

 

By registering an order, customers establish a business relationship with CORALINE LAB ™ and undertake to accept delivery of the package relating to the order placed. If the package cannot be delivered to the shipping address indicated for reasons attributable to the absent cooperation of the customer (wrong telephone number or wrong shipping address, absent recipient), or if the customer refuses to collect the package, the package CORALINE LAB ™ will be returned to the sender in Italy at the customer's expense. The cost includes shipping costs and applicable taxes; the amount will be deducted from the total amount of the order to be refunded.
